Creating this project was an absolute joy. I started out with a concept representing the whimsical aspects of being an infant. The current rainbow and safari animal trends also added to my inspiration for the final concept. Completely rendered in Adobe Illustrator, Rainbow Safari was a collection meant to make every child smile. The character designs were one of my favorite parts of this project. I am really interested in created design concepts that are long-lasting and stand the test of fast fashion trends. All characters and prints were created by hand.
The inspiration fro Woodland Wonder came out of what was really doing well for the brand already. My mood board was a calm aesthetic, with a mix of greys and bright accents. Completely rendered in Adobe Illustrator, this project was a little out of my comfort zone because of the tone on tone aspect. Patterns and character were all drawn by hand in Illustrator.
